This plan allows for maximum flexibility and choice for your residents. DISH Network will install a "shared dish system" that allows your residents to create their own account and select pre-approved programming packages and equipment of their choice. Your residents will be billed directly from DISH Network at their standard residential rates. DISH Network Digital Home Plan provides a wide range of programming choices for the residents and a value-added amenity for Property Owners or Home Owners Associations.

This plan provides a low-cost bulk package that will be delivered to your entire complex or development. This bulk programming solution will still allow individual residents to upgrade to their choice of premium and high-definition programming and advanced equipment options like a DISH Network DVR. Once a package has been selected, 36 channels from that package will be used to create a "Basic Property Channel Lineup", which residents can access without the need of a satellite receiver at every TV outlet in their unit. Residents who choose to upgrade their programming or add receivers to their account will be billed directly from DISH Network for the difference. Neighborhood Value Plan provides choice in programming at a great value. DISH Network’s Neighborhood Value Plan requires a subscription to America’s Top 100, America’s Top 200 or America’s Top 250 programming and local programming where available.
